Some more work on the jaundiced ice-mummy zombies of Frostgrave. You'll remember how I did the
skin tones on the test fig; well, here he is with his mates, suitably bloody and looking like they've been dragged through a glacier backwards.
Now all I have to do is get some snow on the bases, and complete another nine or ten zombies, and we should be right for a game...
Oh! And I'd better paint up a warband...!
Stay tuned...
Ev
Nice work there Evan
ReplyDeleteThanks PK!
DeleteLooking gravy! Sorry. Groovy :)
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderfully disgusting!
ReplyDeleteI guess this makes it "Zovember" or some such. Whatever, I very much like what you've done with them mate!

Braaains. great looking Zeds. cheers
ReplyDeleteThanks for the encouraging words, chaps! I'm getting a start on a warband now, so more later...
ReplyDeleteThey definitely look dead.....and scary. Digging out the bases adds to utter creepiness.
ReplyDeleteThose are the Secret Weapon resin "Corpse Field" bases, they really are wonderfully gruesome!
DeleteBeautiful work, Evan, and seeing your work here got me interested enough to look up Frostgrave and see what it was about. Bought the rules this morning and am already brainstorming a warband or three I could make from spare sprues I already have.
ReplyDeleteAll the best,
Bill
