Full of nasty germs and half-blown away things have been moving slower than a very slow thing in low gear here at Chez Millsy of late.
Having said that, I've managed to clear the decks somewhat the last 36 hours or so and have finished another unit of cavalry for my Imaginations project which has been hanging about half-painted for quite some time. See them in all the glory here...
Cheers,
Millsy

Very swish mate - lovely crisp colours on this dashing chaps!
ReplyDeleteThe blue shades are awesome, superb Hussars!
ReplyDeleteHow splendid and do look after yourself!
ReplyDeleteThis is a most wonderful looking unit of Hussars. Where did the flag come from?
ReplyDeleteWikipedia. It's actually a late 18th flag but works fine for imaginations. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Prussian_standard.jpg
DeleteTerrific looking hussars! Your chosen color scheme is a dashing one. Love the blue. Are these Front Rank figures?
ReplyDeleteYes mate they are. All my 18thC stuff is Front Rank. The poses are a bit rigid but it suits the period well and they are a joy to paint, so very well sculpted with loads of clearly defined detail.
DeleteOh beautiful looking unit!
ReplyDeleteLovely hussars Millsy. I do love lace wars units. What make are the figures?
ReplyDeleteBeautifully painted as always, Millsy! If I had to choose only one uniform for the era, it'd have to be Hussars.
ReplyDeleteGreat hussars Millsy and I hope you will be restored to complete health soon!
